Although I try to avoid unitaskers in the kitchen, two that are unreasonably useful are the cherry pitter and citrus squeezer.

@christa @alpha may I note that the cherry pitter also pits olives.

@christa Somehow I don’t own an apple peeler despite living in WA. Now I’m reconsidering…

@alpha I love squeezing citrus with my hands and telling myself it's grip strength training for climbing

@alpha What citrus squeezer do you use? I have a Chef’n Fresh Force and a Fluicer. I *think* the Fluicer is better but it’s really hard to tell, they both fail to thorough squeeze different parts of the fruit.

@ratkins I have the FreshForce, and it’s at least far superior to me manually juicing citrus, though I can’t compare to other methods.
