Hey if you use Jira and hate it -- why do you use it? What would have to be true for you to switch?

That said-- why do they want a flat backlog?

@nat Because it’s the default and “standard”, mostly. Same reason I use React/jest/etc.

@nat My least favorite jira feature is just that it is so slow. I can't easily think about what is important and what should be moved around when almost every operation involves enough delay for me to lose my train of thought.

@soaproot Yeah I also kind of can't deal with this. These tools should be fast.
